Valley Smog Test

I came in to inquire about getting a smog check. I was on the phone for maybe a minute or two when I walked in—there were no other customers in the shop. While I was trying to politely finish my call, one of the workers asked what I needed. I said I wanted a smog check and asked if I was okay to be in there. His tone felt rude and impatient from the start. I explained my car was at the next building being worked on, and I just had a few questions once I got off the phone. Instead of giving basic customer service or showing any patience, I was basically told I couldn’t stand inside while on a call. I came back later to ask again about the smog check and to see if I left my keys, and the owner doubled down, telling me I can’t be in the shop if I’m on the phone. That made no sense to me at

Valley Smog Test, MV is a small smog test shop that I have been going to for many years, the price is right, service is quick and the staff is professional and friendly. They also offer drivers education and traffic school if needed, but I cannot comment on those as I haven’t had a ticket since late 80’s. Every time I have needed a smog cert it’s only taken 15 or 20 minutes and no more than 1 or 2 cars a head of me. I would recommend this shop to any one needed a smog certificate.

I arrived around 9am and was out around 9:30am. The person doing the test was not super chatty, but that's ok. This is my second or third time using Valley Smog, and I will continue as long as they do a quick, and affordable test.

Love these guys! I have brought many cars here and they always do a great job. They offer coupons on their website! They have a nice place with a large airconditioned waiting room with coffee and toys for the kids. It was quick and easy and the guy is always very nice. They are running a great business. Updated: Been taking my vehicles here for 10 years now. Always fast and courteous. Today he advised me that my coolant was low. I'll be coming here for years to come!

This is a STAR and test only smog test station. I took my SUV here last November and the service was great. So I came back (I had to because my car needed a STAR station, but I was planning on coming here anyways). I have 2 kids, so a quick place is important, they are not only fast, but they had a small kids play area. The person at the counter was very polite and professional. I had two people in front of me and they got me in and out within 30 minutes, very, very fast. 5 star service all the way!!!
