Valley Springs Car Wash

First went to vacuum my wife's car and thought wow, this vacuum goes forever and then fortunately realized that if you dont manually shut it off, it just keeps charging your card. Then took my truck there, kiosk would not operate if I put in cash. Went one last time to the manual wash and fortunately noticed that EVEN THOUGH THE WATER SHUTS OFF, this thing will keep charging your card unless you push, NOT THE RED STOP BUTTON BUT THE GREEN STOP BUTTON! Never again will i wait in line at that pumped up dump.

Paid $18 for a car wash with the specific reason of cleaning the salt from the underside of my car for longevity and vehicle care purposes. Nothing at all cleaned the under side of my car, literally nothing. This was a complete waste of money as I did not get the only aspect I cared about (under carriage wash) from the wash. Additionally wait times are crazy and I almost just left, wish I had in hindsight. Additionally, the wash I did get was sub par for the parts it did clean but left my car streaked. Not sure how they can advertise undercarriage wash when the machine doesn’t do it, parts of the under of my car aren’t event wet.

Great car wash. I've been here a few times now with both my car and my husband's car. I have only used the self serve side. I find that automated car washes are way more expensive and don't get your car nearly as clean as when you do it yourself. This place provides everything you need to get your car looking great. There's a few vacuums. Two self serve stations and two automated stations. The self serve has a colorful foam hose and also has a spot to hang your rubber mats for easier spraying down. They also provide machines to change bills and to purchase air fresheners or wipes.

Great touchless car wash! High pressure jets really get the dirt off, wish lots of optional extras to make your car shine. I use it whenever I'm up north.

EDITED: they quickly called me back and apologized. Also offered me a complimentary wash. I’d still maybe not use the coin drop in self serve as it’s not the first time. Appreciated the follow up Don’t use cash in the self serve bays. They need to be fixed. They take your money.
