Valley Tire N Rim Wholesale

They are really nice great to work with got my 2 autos done quickly. Unmounted new tires mounted and balanced. I brought tires in i bought from E-Bay and could have got the tires from Valley Tires and Rims for almost same cost. Give them a try cheaper than the big name tire stores and did a great job at a decent time 2 rigs under 1.5 hours I thought was reasonable especially when they were trying to help other customers as well. These guys are great! So much better customer service than Les Schwab in Prosser. I Traveled from Tri-Cities to Prosser to help my wife with a flat tire. WE took off the tire, loaded it into my van, went to Les Schwab in Prosser and was told it was a 2 hr wait even though the tire was already off and WE had an extra tire right there for it. So we called Valley Tire and rim and they said no problem. So we drove 15 min. To valley tire and it Just took a few minutes for them during their lunch time!! Very caring people. Alex & Luis at Valley Tire are awesome! They were so fast that by the time they fixed the tire, we drove back to Prosser, put the new tire on and drove back home to Tri-cities, we would have still been waiting at Les Schwab. I recommend this place, even if you are from Prosser

Friendly people and quick service! We found ourselves losing tire pressure on a road trip. We called Les Schwab and they said they had a 2 hour wait. We decided to call this shop instead. We were in and out within 15 minutes. They only charged $15 for the patch, definently worth it for the quick service.

The guy was awesome great customer service skills and quick to get his job done I recommend you get there great tires and service
