I totaled my car outside of carbondale, Victor was amazing, and courtesy in my hard time. I was 5 hours away from my destination. He got my car loaded fast and collected my 2 tires, rims and a few other items that were torn off in wreck. The value he provided was just as critical as the first responders. if i could give 50 stars i would. Thank you victor.

When our motorhome broke down on busy I-70, in the middle of nowhere, we were very stressed! We can not tell you enough how special we felt when we met our towing man, Jorge Gonzalez. I was in one of the multi-vehicle pile-ups on I-70 over Thanksgiving weekend. Without writing a novel of what happened, the light & hero in my story is Valley Towing, specifically Jorge (George). Even amidst the weather and the car disasters on the road, Jorge was in good spirits, rolling with the waves of life and calm through the many hours he was towing cars from the highway that night. He was also able to help guide me and an entire family (dog included!) in his truck to a local hotel and also where to find a rental car by the next morning. It was obvious that he was most concerned with getting everyone to safety & comfort. I'm super grateful and feel lucky to have crossed paths with him-- the whole crew was incredibly helpful.
