My son called today to get help with a transmission on his Tahoe. Whoever answered was horribly rude to him. I was listening to her laugh at him and repeat herself over and over. If they repair transmissions like they treat people on the phone I would steer very clear of this unprofessional shop. Absolutely ridiculous. If I ever heard my employees talk this way to someone they would be fired.

Vince was great to work with when my transmission light came on. I was visiting from out of town and he was able to get me in the day of with a diagnostic and get me back on the road in less than a week. He was up front, honest, and didn't pressure me into a repair. He was respectful and knew his stuff. Thanks to Vince, my car is running like new again. I would definitely recommend Vince and Valley Transmission to anyone in the Utah County area.

Valley transmission was the first place that could give me insight into my hybrid vehicle's transmission. Having a test drive before doing any work to just get an idea of what's going on saved me so much time and money that other places were going to charge me. I definitely trust my vehicles are in knowledgeable hands at Valley's. I didn't have work done on our hybrid but it didn't need it. Again the insights of what was going on in my vehicle was super helpful so I could make a more informed decision. And I will return to valley for transmission help as needed in the future.

Very honest (nice too) people. I went in with what I thought was a serious issue, they took it for a test drive and scanned it. Mechanic also kept an eye open for how the car felt and sounded driving. They found no issues. The fact that no upselling was attempted earned my trust.
