I needed to replace a PTO knuckle universal joint and Valley Truck Parts was able to match and find the correct replacement part in their inventory. I bought two so I have a spare in my farm equipment shop inventory.
The mechanic was very helpful. The service counterpart boys not very. Sent me to the wall to look for the part I needed. I had no tools. Cracked airline hose from the trailer glad hand. Mech came over said let me see what your problem is, looked at it and cut the hose where he seen the Crack went and got a connector fixed it in 5 minutes charged me only for the part to get back on the road. He was kind and friendly. Thank you very much. Noticed they do have a wide selection of semi truck parts. Have our mech call them in case he can't find a part for our repair shop in the future.
The price kept changing after they called me three times. From $225.00 to $350.00. Maybe because I was From out of state.
These guys went above and beyond for me to have my driveshaft back immediately to get my rv back on the road
Needed driveshaft balanced. I did not send it with 2 of the ujoint caps so ran them up there the next morning. They got it all taken care of for me while I waited. Great staff
