Had a great experience with Gaby at Value Collision after my Tesla was damaged in a hit and run that ruined the front of my car. Gaby was incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and truly a perfectionist. The turnaround time was fast, the communication was great, and my car came back looking flawless. I’m so grateful for her dedication and highly recommend her to anyone needing quality work done.

Just picked up my car from Value Collision and it was the most seamless experience that I’ve ever had with a body shop! My insurance adjuster took a few days to get to her to look at the car and the next thing I knew, I got a text from Gabby telling me that they were about half way done. This was BEFORE I had even expected them to have touched it at all. She had ordered parts, knowing they would be needed, before even technically having insurance approval. She told me that they don’t waste any time around there and, she meant it! I'm new to the Dallas area so I had no idea where to get my truck repaired. I was recommended to Value Collision by a repeat customer and the experience did not disappoint. I had some minor body damage and needed a new bumper step and bracket for my pick-up. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the work was done and how professional Gaby is. It's obvious that they don't cut corners and take great pride in their work. They even washed my truck before returning it to me! I'm not sure where to start the praise for Value Collision, Gabriella, and her team! In late August, my car was rear-ended by an Amazon Delivery truck driver who claimed being unable to see me waiting to make a turn from an apartment complex at a busy intersection. After weeks of dealing with a 3rd party insurance company, trying to get estimates for the repairs, and finding a shop where I would be more than just another number, I found Value Collision through a simple Google search. Having never used a body shop in Texas before, I was nervous about being ripped off or receiving poor work. But what gave me comfort about Gabriella and her team was that she had 88 five-star reviews online! That is, 100% of the reviews were five star. That's rare, hence I decided to take a shot with her
