I live in Ohio...our dealerships here do not believe in customer service and they really don't act like if they care of not to sell you a car, get you any info, or answer any questions. I happened onto the car that I wanted at Value Motors in Kenner LA....Paul Haugen was my salesman and I cannot say enough about his professionalism and customer service. This salesman and dealership went above and beyond anything I ever expected. They are a 5 STAR Dealership in my eyes. The wire transaction, shipping, paperwork, etc was seamless. Their recommendation for shipping was spot on. They even had the title and all the paperwork duplicated and transferred to me with the vehicle. I had absolutely zero to do to register or drive my car in Ohio. Now you have a lifelong customer in Ohio!

RUN! Value Motors in Kenner, LA is a car scam. They robbed us of $15,000 we deposited down on a truck that was never delivered, by people that don’t even work there. We reported them to the FBI & filed a police report.

I would like to take the time but thank Darren and Mr Mike for located me my new 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD Z71 LTZ diesel they always go above and beyond when I need them to locate a vehicle for me I'm a repeat customer they always give me top dollar for my trade and they always help me if they don't have on the lot fine exactly what I need I had a great experience once again thank you guys your repeat customer and customer for Life Joseph zeppy
