I came in for a water leak issue. The team checked it out and it was only condensation from the defroster. They diagnosed the problem quickly and treated me fairly. I had been to Valvoline a few times before, but this experience turned me into a loyal customer. Thanks team!

We have been bringing all of our vehicle’s here for ten years. The crew is top notch, and Mike who is the head mechanic, is the nicest guy you could ever want to meet. He has fixed our cars and he is so straightforward and honest. He never once has tried to suggest we get things done that we don’t need. He knows a lot about the vehicles he works on, and we have always been pleased with his work. I can honestly say, Jeff and the whole crew are knowledgeable and very professional. They will always get my business that’s for sure.

Took my truck to get serviced on Friday. This team was very detailed with the service details and price before even having me pull in to be sure I was ok with the price. They worked fast. After my truck was done tbeh gave me a run breakdown of what was done. I paid the exact amount that was told to me before they began working. The lobby was clean equipped with complementary coffee machine, water, and tv to watch while you wait.

The manager is pretty rude and not friendly at all. I don’t like his service, attitude and even his lack of communication. My family has gone to this oil company for a while now and every-time I come for an oil change, he has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE. If you’re a manager, please be polite to costumers, they are HELPING THE BUSINESS.
