Valvoline Express Care

I've been going to Valvoline Express Care for 4 years now. I usually get great service. Today, however, I pulled up, ran over the line that would announce my arrival. No one acknowledged me. Black truck in bay, no one working on it. All were in the office. I waited. Some vagrant walking around inside..went to office to let them know I was there. No auto in the bay I was parked in front of. No one visually in other bay, just the black truck. Bad customer attention. So I called the number and spoke to the guy. All he wanted to do was argue about whether or not they were working on that black truck. No one was seen around it for the 5 minutes I waited. Was ok. Very expensive even with coupon. Pretty unprofessional employees. Took other cars before us which made no sense.

I just called in today to get a quote on an oil change. The guy on the phone acted like I was bothering him by calling with the way he answered. Then he asked me a question, I wasn’t sure about what kind of oil my car uses, which most people don’t usually know,and then I felt like he was just extremely rude about it. I will not go there.

I dropped in at spur of the moment because I didn’t feel like doing guy work today and they gave me a fantastic deal on an oil change for my special classic car that’s very near and dear to me.
