Valvoline Express Care

They went ahead and put in full synthetic oil as soon as I pulled in. Did not bother asking what I wanted so I had to pay an extra $50. Did not check lights, signals, wipers, or anything an oil change service usually would. Put the wrong amount of air in my tires. The guy pulls out my air filter and says he’s going to go ahead and replace it 😂 No thanks, had to stop him from doing that too. Absolute mess

Did not have my U-Haul equipment. Where not helpful with solutions, said they’d call me later. Ruined my day. Don’t let them ruin yours. Oil change prices so high, no reason to come here at all.

Very quick and efficient! I didn’t even have to get out of my car and the employees were very friendly and professional!

I came into Valvoline express care with a small problem on my old BMW. This problem had nothing really to do with their regular service they perform. But Greg and his team told me "pull it in and we will take a look" . Immediately all three men started working on my car. 10 mins later they said "got ya fixed up". I was so amazed and so happy.
