Valvoline Express Care

My engine has to be replaced because they placed the oil ring in the wrong spot. Not 2 hours later the gas pedal stopped working, there was no oil in my engine. I got my car to an auto shop. The owner took photos and videos and sent them to this Valvoline location. There are multiple mechanical failure codes. It’s obviously the fault of Valvoline placing the oil ring incorrectly, which caused oil to leak out. In the picture, you can see it. Oil coated the bottom of my car. They said all they can do is reimburse the oil change. I’ve called multiple times. They refuse to help. I’m from out of state. I was left without a vehicle. And I still have to make payments on a vehicle I can’t use. They should have insurance to cover these situations. They should have gotten me a car rental until my

The technicians took in my vehicle and repaired it within a few hours at a reasonable costs. My car drives much better than when I arrived.

As soon as you come into the place of business, it's a friendly environment. The receptionist was very helpful & friendly. The technician Mr Sergio, explain the facts on my Chevy Silverado, that it needed filter in the motor & cabin. Javier the assistant, also as a courtesy added air to our four tires, the one in the rear was kind of low. Will definitely refered Valvoline to our friends.

Good, workshop offers me the maintenance of my car at a good price, I congratulate them because no workshop does it, I recommend them.
