Came here for the first time today. Had an amazing experience. Mechanic rogelio took me out to my car and let me know what was wrong. John at the counter made sure to take care of me. The price was fair! and I found out this location is not corporately run. I am definitely recommending them to my family. Finding a mechanic you can trust is hard.

I took my car to get a state inspection today and had such a positive experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and courteous. It’s rare to find a place that combines honest service with excellent customer care. A special thank you to John, who truly went the extra mile. His friendly smile, helpful recommendations, patience, and professionalism made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he really cares about customers and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for trustworthy, honest, and welcoming service. I will definitely be coming back.

I have been a Valvoline customer for a number and of years at another location. I did not have a good experienceat this location. The other location always checks my tires washes. My windshield allows me to stay in. The car does not try to unnecessarily upsell me and does not start talking to another customer while in the middle of working with me I recommend the location just south of Frankfurt on Preston Road their efficient friendly and don’t try to unnecessarily upsell you

This was my second time coming here for an oil change and the service was incredible both times. John helped a lot and communicated well with what future service items were coming up and gave recommendations without trying to force a sale.
