Valvoline Express Care

Been coming here for years and usually have excellent service. Today waited an hour and 15 minutes for a $26 car wash, left a really nice tip and didn’t even get a thank you. Service needs to be better.

Went to this car wash to wash off rain from yesterday, went through car wash their soaps and all were low and barely sprayed on my truck, get out of the wash while They are drying my truck and see a ton of scratches that were not there yesterday because the truck just had a full detail and buff with wax at detailing business. Went to talk to manager he said “your F’ing crazy if you think this car wash scratched your truck” proceeded to go inside to get refund he told me to stand outside I told him I wanted a refund and corporate number he told me he was going to call the police on me, remind you I never raised my voice or anything I was completely professional. I wouldn’t recommend this car wash to anyone especially if you have a nice vehicle you want to keep looking nice. First 2 pictures

Did a oil change. Very friendly people. Fast and quick to assist. Look for Jared he helped me and was able to make me and the wife happy.

Terrible customer service. They seemed put out that I came to get an oil change. I've been to valvolines all across the country and I've never had an experience like this. Completely unprofessional, ended up just leaving. Figured I'd warn another who just needed a quick oil change.
