After trying to use a Groupon for an oil change and being sent to multiple Valvoline locations that wouldn’t accept it, I ended up at the wrong one again—but Alai stepped in and offered to price match it anyway. And also gave me information about the reason my check engine light could be on for my inspection needs Not only did he explain everything to me, but he showed me that the original location I was trying to go to would’ve ended up charging me more due to lack of visible terms and conditions. Outstanding service! The shield under my car had fallen almost completely off. Made my way to this near by Vavoline. Ali was everything. Met me when I pulled up and took care of everything including the oil change. Second time I been here and service is always excellent.

Great job! Not only did they do a quick/fast full synthetic oil change. Ali let me know of other issues I had (power steering and brake fluid). Also helped reconnect my headlight wires. I will definitely be back!! 5 star service!!!!
