Valvoline Instant Oil Change

If chick-fil-a had an oil change shop, they’d lose to valvoline every time, drove in and the guys were on it! Got turned away for a lightbulb change at other places but these guys got it done in under 2 minutes! The manager is the real 🐐. Great service and unbelievablely great prices, definitely deserve a raise! If you’re looking for the best valvoline around, you’ll find it in manor town!

The person who helped me explained the entire procedure in detail. They listened to my questions and were very kind. I also love the option of coupons for different services. The wait was about 20 minutes, and the service was efficient and fast. It's definitely my favorite place for this type of service.

The folks here are always so very nice! They don't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't really need, but they did ask if I'd like new wiper blades. Fast & friendly. I highly recommend this location.

The guys were really nice and quick. Only suggestion I would have is to let the customers know if you see any issues they’ll need to later address and of any price differences/extras. Other than that I was thankful they got me squared away so quickly :)

I went in for an oil change, and during the visit, the techs checked my air filter. To do that, they had to unscrew several parts, which was fine but they didn’t put everything back correctly. When I checked later, I found one screw missing and others only halfway tightened. What makes it worse is that my girlfriend went to the same location a few weeks earlier. She actually paid to have her air filter replaced, and they didn’t put her compartment back properly either. Clearly, this isn’t a one-time mistake it’s a pattern of careless work. Valvoline needs to address this and make sure their techs are paying attention to details before sending customers back on the road.
