Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I had a great experience at Valvoline for my oil change! The team was professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured into extra services. I really appreciated how quickly they got me in and out while still being thorough. They walked me through what they were checking, showed me the oil levels, and made sure I understood the recommendations. The whole process felt transparent and honest, which is huge for me. As someone with a busy schedule, I value places that respect my time — and they absolutely did. I’ll definitely be back for my next service

I got my oil changed at this location in February, and I am pretty sure that they accidentally put oil in my coolant reservoir. It went unnoticed by myself for two months until I noticed an oil leak in my garage. I was shocked to find the coolant reservoir full of oil. I had the vehicle serviced by another shop due to my lack of confidence that Valvoline would fix it properly. After all this i contacted Customer Care to try and get this matter resolved after multiple emails without response I called customer care and was connected to the assistant manager of the location and was told that there was nothing they could or would do to resolve this issue. Came in for an oil change and the staff is super sweet and explains everything very well. They checked the health of my battery and check my tire pressure. I been to other locations and never once checked the tire pressure & battery health. Reasonably priced if you have a $15 dollar off coupon.

I brought 2 vehicles here this visit and have been coming to this location for years. They always get me in and out and thw customer service is great! Today, Destiny, Devin and Manuel took care of me and that place was packed. Never made me feel rushed, answered all my questions and make real recommendations.
