I went to the Paterson location earlier this afternoon for an oil change and the initial kid who was “ helping “ me was awful. Unfortunately 100% under the influence of some sort.At first he made a rude comment about my car then He told me to turn my lights on, you know routine stuff… however he turned his back as I was turning the lights on for him. ( one of my headlights are out) he didn’t mention a thing. I never brought the headlight up because if the employee didn’t care to help I wasn’t going to give them anymore money. He never asked me what kind of service I wanted, he just opened the hood and started processing things in the computer. He then leaves without notice and no one else came to check up or help me for another 10 minutes. The guy who ended up helping me was nice I wish I
Today I received my most efficient oil change to date. Was in and out in 5 min with precision and quality. Solid team here!
I went for a oil change and the staff was fantastic and got me out quick.
The staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The assistant manager Michael was very thorough checking my battery, lights and blinkers. He was super honest about me not really needing the oil change yet. I appreciated his honesty and for that reason I will always come back. Hard to find honest businesses.
