Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I give this team 5 stars because they accommodated my 2008 Chevy Corvette C6 Z06. The car over the years slightly has gotten lower and they still made it happen. I took my own race oil and filter and they changed it for me., same great service checks and recommendations. All for $40 is a great deal when you don’t have a lift.

Vic was very pleasant to work with! He explained in detail what was being done to my car and made me aware that my fluids were low. He is also easy to talk to and always assists me with my needs every time I visit this location. Highly recommended!

I always come to this Valvoline as it is near my office and I get my oil changed during lunch. I never have an issue making it back within my lunch time and the staff I have encountered are consistently nice and reliable. I don't ever feel I am being upsold, although they do offer the suggested options, and there have been times when I have forgotten to look up a coupon and they have pulled one out for me! I know I will continue to return to this location for speedy and friendly service! Big shout out to the staff for their hard work and excellent customer service.

The technicians at this location were friendly and professional during my visit for an oil change and differential service. However, I was disappointed to find a significant amount of oil left on the housing and underside of my vehicle afterward, with photos clearly showing the issue. This should have been cleaned more thoroughly before returning the vehicle to me. I’m hopeful the services were completed properly, but the lack of cleanup was concerning.

Bryan and team got my full synthetic oil change done efficiently and with lots of care. They took the time to explain the importance of the engine filter and showed me how mine was ready for a new one. They answered all of my questions and didn’t rush me even as it was nearing closing time. This is my Valvoline of choice. Whether it’s replacing the windshield wipers or having them help me with my tire pressure, they’re the friendly people down the road that are always willing to help. Thank you!
