I had a problem with a Groupon I purchased for an oil change and the guys were very professional & kind. They were able to pull it up and I was able to use it. The oil change was quick and easy and they checked my fluids, lights and windshield wipers as well.
The guys are always friendly helpful and timely. I can always depend on getting a good oil change here been coming to them for years now. Definitely recommend them
I brought my car to the Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Central Ave, Albany, NY on 8/18/25 for a routine oil change. The paperwork stated “coolant checked – OK.” Less than 24 hours later my car overheated, smoked, and was found to have no coolant at all. This failure led to a $700 radiator replacement at Nissan, followed by immediate transmission failure that now requires a full replacement. My car had no coolant, overheating, or transmission issues prior to Valvoline’s service
Staff was kind, explained everything thoroughly, and incredibly professional!! Obviously know their stuff down pat. Highly recommend this branch
Anthony was amazing! Very professional very educated it was my first time at this location but will be the only location I go to SOMEONE MAKE THIS GUY A MANAGER!
