I had a great experience at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Arlington, WA. The whole team was efficient and professional, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. I especially want to highlight Tyler — he was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with genuinely great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others!
I called ahead to ask if they could service my 2004 Mustang Cobra convertible, oil and filter change.. When I arrived they refused to service it. It was a great disservice to me considering my travel time to the station.
The good: Quick, professional service. Crew did not try to upsell me. The bad: I rolled in with two unexpired coupons from the store's website; 50% off and $25 off. They refused to accept the 50% off coupon. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Feels like bait and switch.
Would never recommend this place. Went to get an oil change and was told they won’t change the oil on our Ford Escape. They weren’t busy and just said they wouldn’t do it. They don’t like to do these kind of vehicles. The person we talked to wasn’t friendly and told us where to go. Never go to this place, EVER!!
The folks there are always friendly and helpful. The process is quick although the wait time can be a little long, but not unbearable.
