Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I’ve been a loyal customer for over five years and have put up with the staff's excessive behavior. When I asked them to replace my headlights, they ended up breaking them further and couldn’t fix the issue. Despite this, I still paid for their wasted time. What frustrates me the most is the ongoing lack of customer service support, which I’ve tolerated for too long. Last Saturday, their attitude was particularly rude, prompting me to leave for another company down the road. Menh provided top-notch customer service. Valvoline really needs to improve their staff training in customer relations. As for me, I’m done.

I went in to have the oil and differential fluid replaced. Mike was very pleasant when explaining the services available. No hard sales, just explained what was needed and upfront on the pricing. I will continue to have my automobiles maintenance serviced by this store for my autos.

Quentin was personable, straight forward and honest. He gave recommendations for the vehicle but didn’t pressure anything. Service was timely. Good experience. The only thing I would request to change would be better ventilation within the garage. It was very fume-y. Would give 5 stars otherwise.

Michael, and his team did a great job with my oil change. They were very professional and prompt with their service.They were knowledgeable and not pushy with add on services that I needed. I would recommend them 100 percent thank you.

BUYER BEWARE! Went in for an oil change with one headlight replacement. Once they looked up my vehicle to be a fleet they tried to get the service approved for over $600!!. They TRIED to add a new battery (tested good) and several other upgrades without asking first! Sitting there in my vehicle an hour for an approval i could of told them NO to begin with. This 120,000 fleet truck is about to be replaced anyways! I will never go back with a fleet or my regular car. Their trust is gone like I was after an hour!
