Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I returned to valvoline for a routine oil change, radiator fluid replacement, tire rotation, and to have my back windshield wiper changed. Before I even pulled into the bay, Damien, met me at my car with great energy and started the inspection while I was waiting to pull into the bay. once in the bay, Tae handled the care for my car. Tae was super friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was glad to have Jake as the primary mechanic because he has worked on my car before and is excellent at his job. The team also informed me that my tag lights were out and they replaced them as well. Although there was a hiccup with the tire rotation because they started it and then they realized the tool needed to complete the tire rotation had been sent to the shop, the team was profes

Super helpful and kind staff. Derek and a few of his coworkers helped make sure I was safe and taken care of. He made sure I had everything I needed and I didn’t feel like I was being sold anything I didn’t need or scammed like I usually do at car shops. Huge shout out to Derek in Canton for going out of his way to help me! Will definitely be going here for my car maintenance for now on.

The Valvoline techs who serviced my vehicle were extremely knowledge and helped me decide what services I need during my visit and what could wait until my next one. They were thorough in explain why they were recommending the services they were prioritizing and made me feel at ease with my purchase decisions. I have been servicing my vehicle at this particular Valvoline for quite some time and am always impressed with the speediness and thorough work they do.

Derek was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. As someone who is ~not a car person~ Derek helped me understand how to prioritize the services my car needed. Many places try to upsell or make unnecessary recommendations, I truly appreciated how Derek was thoughtful with the information he shared. Derek provided sound and reasonable advice and even helped me find a discount code which was very kind abd so appreciated. This was the second time I’ve had my car serviced at Valvoline on O’Donnell St. and it most certainly will not be the last!
