Kathy at Valvoline was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the services offered. She explained everything clearly without being pushy, and she made sure I understood what my car needed. Kathy’s positive attitude and customer care made the whole experience quick and stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone who makes routine car maintenance actually enjoyable, but she did. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her great service!
