Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I had a great experience at Valvoline! The staff was friendly and communicated clearly every step of the way. The whole oil change was done super fast—just like they promised. The efficiency and professionalism really stood out. I’ll definitely be back!

Went to Valvoline, with an odd request. I had already purchased my oil and filter, for an vehicle I just purchased. I could not get the drain plug off it was in pretty tight, and was starting to strip the bolt. I aske the tech. working if he could loosen it, I was willing to pay. He said he would in about 10 mins or so. Not only did he loosen it up for me. He gave me an used good condition bolt to replace the old one. He said he had it lying around. I do believe his name was Andrew. I know where I am going to get my other fluids change on my vehicle. You don't find that kind of service everyday. If any day.

I waited an additional 15+ minutes (I didn't keep track) as they told me the wait would be longer because they were under staffed. When I finally pulled in they said we don't have conventional oil, so I left. It's information I could have used much earlier.

Very nice and very professional staff. Always goes so quickly. I am always in a hurry and they get me in and out and do an amazing job! Never had an issue and I have been going here for about 8 years. Great place.
