Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The Bonaire location on Highway 96 is absolutely spectacular. Jessica is sooo amazing. Soon as I pulled in she made sure to let me know she would be right with me. I was absolutely blown away by the customer service. I mean it was just impeccable. Heather is my type of boss lady. I observe her coaching her staff very professionally yet sternly and it was such a refreshing site. I love an authority figure that respects their staff and treats them with dignity. All staff were well groomed, courteous as well as knowledgeable. The service was absolutely Top tier!!! Will and Sir Darius what's not to love??? They were polite, attentive and extremely thorough. This location is the location for all your service needs!!!! Highly recommend. Can't wait to go back!!!

Jessica, Will, and Courtney did an excellent job! I was dissatisfied with my last oil change from somewhere else and wanted to try the new shop in town. I was thoroughly impressed and everyone was very friendly and kind. They were really glad to help and I really liked that they were very prompt in getting the job done. I will definitely be back when I need my vehicle serviced.

Check everything before you leave! Went in for a routine oil change and tech forgot to drain old oil and added more oil. Bringing my grand total of oil to 8.5-9 quartz of oil. My car online calls for 4.5 quartz. Went to another Valvoline and issue was correct. I don't recommend going to this location.

Wow, wow, wow. Exceptional customer service was provided. Typically, individuals do not look forward to undergoing vehicle servicing and oil changes, as these experiences tend to be time-consuming and financially burdensome. However, my experience at Bonaire Valvoline was vastly different. Greg and Colt were outstanding. Not only did they excel in servicing my vehicle and performing the oil change, but they were also enlightening. They recommended replacing my air conditioner's air filter, which was found to be covered in filth. This will undoubtedly improve the health and comfort of my daughter, who struggles with asthma and allergies. Furthermore, upon starting my vehicle to leave, the starter lagged. They offered to test my battery and determined that it was nearing the end of its lifes

Heather, the store manager it's fantastic. Her staff including,Jazz, are excellent. They are proficient and experience but most of all they have excellent excellent morale. With the exception of the district manager Lori having a less than positive expression on her face the entire time, this store excels above all others in the area. We will be back.
