Valvoline Instant Oil Change

If it tells you anything, I live closer to the Valvoline on the Bypass and I will drive out of my way every time to come to this location. All of the workers here are very fast and efficient and never make you feel like they are annoyed that you are here. Today, I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Jenn the store manager. She is the sweetest person! She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and didn’t pressure me to purchase anything extra especially after I let her know I was on a budget. She took the time to educate me on what I needed and was honest about if I needed something or didn’t. I will always come to this location because as usual, I was a very satisfied customer!

They did a great job! I recently got a really old, really used car, an hadn't had her checked out yet. I went in and they replaced/changed almost everything but the air filter. I was in and out fairly quick considering everything I needed done. I will definitely come back again!

This was my first time visiting this location. Jen, the manager, was wonderful! She was attentive and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Honestly, the best visit I’ve ever had at a Valvoline location. I will definitely be making this my home location. Thanks guys!!

Every time I come to get service done at any location, I am astonished how great the customer service is! How amazing the communication is, not just with just the customers, but amongst the employees. Our fleet account is why I am using you all today. This is my first oil change on my company vehicle. The service here at the Campbell lane store in Bowling Green, KY. Is 5 star and beyond. Your team here is doing everything that is required of them, I am sure. Even while I was waiting in line, I had to get out to use the restroom, the technician announced they had a guest on the floor, and he got his call back from everyone in the shop.
