Every time I visit the Brea location I am happy with my service. The guys are quick, educated, and make me feel confident with my service and choice coming there. When I can’t afford to do the additional services, they don’t make me feel judge for declining. They are always going the extra mile and make sure my car is safe and taken care of. Every time I come here I’ve had a good experience. The only issue today (2/12/26) was that the manager, Ulysses, wasn’t able to reset my service interval after the oil change and told me my car didn’t have that feature. I found that odd since it’s been reset here before, and I ended up doing it myself. Just wanted to share this feedback in case it helps for future visits.

It was my first time using their services. They were very friendly and informative. I appreciated that they noticed my retired Air Force sticker and informed me that I am eligible for a discount at any Valvoline Instant Oil Change. I took that offer and it was a decent discount IMO. I will strongly consider taking advantage of the other services they offer. I hope they remain consistent each time I visit.
