Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Went in this morning for a simple oil change and received full service. The service man did a full check of my car to make sure everything was functioning properly. This place has quick service as well.

Joe and his team of hard working individuals had lines upon lines for inspections and oil changes. Not once did any of them get frustrated or lost their cool. They were honest about the wait time, worked non stop and got people in and out efficiently. I work in retail so i understand the grind. I understand being short staffed and at times it can feel endless. These gentlemen were just that, gentlemen! Under stress, over worked but kind, considerate and focused. Give them all raises! Kudos to Joe and team

I was really impressed with the service I got at this Valvoline location. The staff was very friendly and professional. I believe the names of the two assistant managers who worked with me were Ernie and Luis, and they were both wonderful. I had options of additional maintenance they recommended very clearly and concisely laid out for me and nobody was pushy or rude about what I opted not to do. I was able to use a coupon to get an amazing price and I really couldn’t recommend this place enough!

I’ve been a loyal Valvoline customer for nearly 20 years, and this visit reinforced why. After using up my 2 free oil changes that came with my lease, I returned to Valvoline. During my oil change visit, Valvoline immediately discovered the skid plate screws had been overtightened at Ide Honda— they were practically welded on. Mike, the manager, was fantastic — He personally went down under my vehicle to see exactly how tight these bolts were and if there were any other issues so he could relay the correct information to me. Mike was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the issue without any pressure. The entire team was efficient, professional, and genuinely focused on doing the right thing. This place was FANTASTIC! I had just left the DMV and moved here from Florida. Mike was terrific. I needed a NYS inspection on my vehicle. I only had to wait about 5-10 minutes for him to finish the car ahead of me. He said it would be $21 pass or fail, saw my license plates and registration sticker on my passenger seat. He said i could put those on for you as well and i said great. I'd say less than 15 minutes he had my license plates on, NYS inspection sticker and registration sticker on my front window and i was off to my next destination. He was kind, professional, efficient, friendly, and it made my day. I highly recommend this Valvoline.
