Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The awesome crew is very friendly, explain everything they are doing and the efficiency in what they do is key! We also appreciate the extra maintenance checks on the tires, wiper blades and lights all while we do not have to leave the car!! Absolutely this crew is top tier 👌

I came 2/18/2026 and I been waiting on my fleet car(company car) for the past 35-45 minutes. I told them I was in a small rush to pick up my daughter and they still lagged. They had 3-5 guys huddled up in the car in the stall next to me because the girl in that car was more important than anyone else. Horrible job and I may even speak to my company about canceling out accounts. I have picture but I don’t wanna burn out the guys who where drooling over the girl in the car next to me.

Broken Parts, No Apology, No Call, Terrible Experience. First time coming to this location, and I had a terrible experience at Valvoline Camarillo. My battery cover was broken, screws were left under my hood, rags left in the battery box, and the plate under my car fell off because screws weren’t properly tightened. This is dangerous and completely unacceptable. When I spoke with the manager, Rubin, he blamed me for the damage and didn’t apologize. He promised to order the replacement part and call me — two weeks later, still no call. Customer service confirmed he said he would order it, but nothing was done. I am not surprised that there are many 1 star reviews for this location. This location is negligent, unsafe, and unprofessional. I would not recommend taking your car here.

Negative starts if I could. The older gentleman helping me was perfectly fine and nice, but the young one who brought over the diagnostic report made weird passive aggressive comments about chp pulling me over because I said not to them changing my headlight (7 times I said no nicely). Even though it’s cheap I rather put my money elsewhere and not leave a simple oil change perturbed.

Brought my rv there early this moring and it didn't fit in the bay. They took care of me and changed all my fluids and everyone was really nice. I highly recommend this place!
