Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I went in for a simple oil change and ended up receiving some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Ely went above and beyond — he detected an issue with my car, but instead of just sending me away, he took the time to explain what was going on and pointed me in the right direction to get it fixed. He even topped off my car to hold me over in the meantime. Ely was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about helping me. It’s rare to find someone this honest and thorough. I had synthetic oil change for my car ~ 3 months ago, I was told it would be good for at least 5000 miles. My car is now approaching 3000miles, and the maintenance light blinks when the engine stars. I paid for the synthetic oil change, but got the regular oil change, this business told me a lie!

The guys at canton ma Valvoline are always great! Very helpful and always quick and easy. Will always be my go to for oil changes!

Tried telling me my 04 ford ranger was too dirty underneath so they wouldn't change the oil due to "liability".. its an oil change. Said my engine and transmission was leaking even though there was no shortage of fluid once checked. Its a 20yr old vehicle, the bottom is bound to be stained and dirty. Ill just do it myself. These people take themselves Way too seriously

I had a great experience! The workers were very friendly and helpful. Ely is the main one who helped me out and he did a great job! He made sure I understood what was being done, and we had a great conversation about cars in general!
