Marshawn Demarco and Brandon provided outstanding service! I came in for an oil change and the whole process was quick, smooth, and professional. The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and had me back on the road in no time. My car is running great. Definitely coming back and highly recommend this place!
I was highly satisfied with my experience because the customer service was really great. The wait time wasn’t too long, and the staff were friendly and communicative throughout the process. They kept me informed about what was happening with my car and made the whole visit smooth and comfortable.
To start off, the timing was perfect. Less than 15 minute oil change! Outstanding performance from the manager Mr.Marshawn! He was very friendly, accommodating, and informational when it came to the status of my car. He is such a brilliant worker! Definitely 10 out of 10. By the way, did i mention, I literally went to get this oil change right before work so very convenient when it comes to timing. Thank you so much Marshawn! Your amazing!
I visited the 113th & Halsted location and received excellent service. Ricardo and Makiya took great care of me throughout the entire process. Ricardo explained the additional services offered and provided helpful information about proper vehicle maintenance. Makiya was welcoming and guided me through each step, including pulling into the facility, shutting off my engine, and more. Exceptional service is hard to find, and I’m glad I stopped at this location on my way home from work. Highly recommended.
Went here not even a week ago to get an oil change my car caught fire leaving from work. It was melted did a claim and the manager told us it wasn’t on there part. Car had no problems or lights on the dash prior to the oil change. Now I’m out of car that I was still leasing and they are not tryna do nuthin towards anything. Or take responsibility towards anything. Came up there ringer an invoice about the incident and as I’m leaving someone who just got serviced from them car was smoking too from the engine same as mines
