Brought my truck in for the first time at 1:30pm and was ushered into the bay upon arrival. Brian S. helped check me in and was very professional and efficient. I will definitely come back for my next oil change. Keep up the good work, team!

Everyone is always so friendly and professional and polite. I appreciate them explaining things in ways I can understand while not being condescending. I actually enjoy bringing my car in!

They hold you hostage when you're parked in the garage. They're very pushy and try to upsell you on everything. They say they do things like add window wiper fluid, but they don't. Way too pricey and the only way to get a discount is to give them your phone number so you can click on the link. When I ask for a receipt they said they're paperless and send emails. I said I didn't care. I wasn't leaving until I got a paper receipt. Shady outfit. And they deleted my other review!
