I actually have a coupon for a free oil change from Tire Discounters sitting in my glove box, but after my last two experiences with them, they completely lost my trust. I chose to pay for my oil change at Valvoline instead — and I’m glad I did. The team at Valvoline is always kind and professional (shout out to D’Lo for the fantastic energy!). I’ve never had any issues with their service, and they consistently make the experience easy and pleasant. I’ll continue bringing my vehicle here and highly recommend them.
The people at this location always do a great job and get me in and out as quickly as possible. Deangelo was the guy I dealt with today and he was awesome. Informative and friendly. Can’t ask for a better experience!
The staff is AMAZING. Knowledgeable. They explained everything that was being done on the car. DeAngelo answered all of my questions. They were attentive. Great Atmosphere. This is my 4th time coming to this location and I will KEEP COMING BACK!! EACH employee has a great attitude. Thank you guys for EVERYTHING!! THEY GET A 5 STAR FROM ME EACH AND EVERYTIME.
I went there and waited almost 40 minutes I had two cars ahead of me. Another car came after me about 15 minutes and pulled up on the lane that had no cars in line. When I finally got up to the door and it was my turn the woman jumped out and told the guy that was telling me to pull in that she was here first which was a lie because she came 15 min. After me. The guy told me I had to pull out and let the lady that was yelling that she had to go first. I told him to check the cameras but he told me I had to pull out. I have been going there for years. I will never go back there again. I told my family and I will tell my friends but we will not be at the location again. They don’t realize that me and my husband gave them a lot of business .i pulled out and left . Went to another oil place w
Had a great experience here. Service was fast and employees helpful and knowledgeable. We were helped by D.Martin. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place. It’s right next to raising canes too - so grabbed the kiddos some fries and came right next door. Always check for coupons before hand :)
