Valvoline Instant Oil Change

They recommended my wife’s transmission be “flushed” when changing the oil a few months ago, she agreed to have it done the next time the oil was due. Long story short they didn’t drain it all the way before putting in the “correct amount” of transmission fluid and wayyy overfilled it. Long story short it ruined my wifes transmission and the car is undriveable. $5000.00 to have the transmission replaced. Brittany or Brianna came to our house to inspect the vehicle and agreed it was overfilled and told us that we had to go have it repaired first and then file a complaint with Valvoline to try and get our money back. Manager and employees were great. SUPER nice and efficient. PROS you get to stay in car and you know for sure they did what they said. Checked filters, tires, lights etc. They are super quick so in and out. MY time is valuable. CON can be pricey but use a coupon. Highly recommend. Thank you.

I have been visiting this vavoline for quite some time. I absolutely love the staff from the manager on down. I just got my oil changed and needed my headlight and brake light changed as well. previously I was told that it was a mechanical issue, but Mitchell went right in and did the dang thang! The Manager Brianna was my contact. Wow I was impressed from the beginning. She made me fell secure with letting someone other than the dealership service my MDX. First time using a quick oil change shop (in Columbia). The staff was ready and waiting on me. Brianna was training a new employee and I could tell she is one of the few quality employees available in todays market place. Valvoline, remember you as a business are only as good as your manager and employee.
