The team did a great job. Super professional and considerate of my wants and needs. Also to hear the conversation and training of the team, makes you feel like they are on their game and always looking to get better. The Manager Ashley is running an excellent team. Awesome job!!

The service was good but they don’t pay attention when guiding your vehicle in the bay. The guy was telling me where I needed to turn but put me against there used oil bin outside, WILL NEVER GO BACK!

I can't believe the consistent excellent service I receive here. Every single staff member is kind, efficient, and happy to help. The first time I brought my car to them, it was 5 minutes before close, and I realized that I desperately needed air in one of my tires. I was totally prepared for them to be irritated that I was there so close to close or even turn me away, but I was greeted cheerfully, reassured that it was no problem and out of there before the shop even hit closing time. Every other time since then has been such a wonderful experience. They are clear and thorough about everything they are doing, they go above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of, and they are very upfront about the price of my visit. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else if I can help it. A real gem.

Today, I had the pleasure of getting an oil change performed by an honest, caring team. I pulled into Valvoline Instant Oil Change for what I thought was going to be a quick in-and-out process. When they started working, I noticed they were having trouble with something. It turned out that the local Toyota dealership had over-tightened the plastic oil filter cover, and made it impossible to get it off without breaking it. To avoid damaging our vehicle, they didn't proceed with the oil change, and explained to me what was going on. I then left and went to the dealership to get the cover replaced. I then returned to Valvoline and had them finish the job. To compensate me for the trouble, they gave me a generous discount on the service. I didn't ask for it. They just did it. The new manager,

Ashley runs a tight ship! The communication is quick and clear, testing is accurate and through and the team runs like their oil is changed regularly (pun intended). I especially like Ashley's clear communication with recommendations and thoughtfulness. Will be returning!
