I have been to this location many times. The wait time to get in is usually under 15 minutes. It helps to know your vehicle before you go. Know what kind of oil is best, last time you changed your air filter, any scheduled maintenance. Knowing this not only makes the process faster but also eliminates unnecessary repairs. That being said, they are not pushy to up sell. You can Google, Valvoline coupons and find discounts for basic services. The staff is very nice and answer any questions that I had. It is to get into and out of. It can be tricky the first time because it sits back a little off of a hill/slope.

Super skeleton staff, our wait time was about 45 minutes. However, the mechanic we had as well as the other mechanics working were so professional even under pressure. Super kind and attentive which is why I gave a 5 Star rating

The entire process to change my oil has always been quick and smooth, and the staff are super friendly. The fact that there's plenty of branches is also a big plus, cause I don't need a long drive for service. And they frequently offer some really nice coupons, making the cost even cheaper. I recommend valvoline for the best and quickest service you can get.

Amazing service, on point maintenance done on my vehicle while I enjoy my coffee and done in 20 minutes- unlike my dealership service where simple service gets half the day! Friendly staff, amazing service, will be going back for sure.
