Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I visited a few Sundays ago to get an oil change. Although service was fast and friendly… it wasn’t until a few weeks later that I realized my car is now leaking oil all over the place! I work from 7am-11pm, so never had the chance to look at my driveway while the sun was out. I finally had a short work day the other day and saw oil stains ALL OVER my driveway! I have pictures to prove it. Not to mention that my car has been smelling like something was burning…but I figured it was from draining the old oil and putting new oil in… but weeks later it’s still smelling like that and my car is still dropping oil all over the place.

NEVERRRRRRR BRING your Car here to get serviced. My boyfriend brought my car up for a standard oil change in which one they never checked the oil to see if it was even due for an oil change 2 I have pictures of the man sucking all the good oil out my car, and then proceeding to still charge us another hundred dollars for the oil change.. When looking on the receipt for the person‘s name, they never logged their name in, but they put their manager‘s name. Be mindful of scams because this place definitely takes the cake for that. Definitely never thought I would have to tell somebody to be a mechanic, but make sure that you check your oil first by yourself and get a second opinion if you ever think about coming to this place. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by the store manager Dennis who informed me of the following steps that was to occur and to thank me for my patience as I had been waiting for a little over 5-10 minutes. Following Dennis I was greeted by Darius who then checked my PSI and topped off my fluids and was very happy to help me. My oil change was very thorough and clean with no errors and had me out within the same time I waited in which I was very pleased! I am very satisfied and thrilled to be serviced by Valvoline! Thank you for the amazing service!!

The workers there who serviced my car were kind, patient and knowledgeable. They got my car serviced at a good time. The workers did a great job with explaining what they were doing. They didn't pressure me to buy anything which was nice. Will come again for my next oil change.

I really enjoyed the kindness they showed. And with a smile very good workman ship. They really make you feel welcome.I had a young man in training and the way they assisted each other shows great teamwork.
