Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I am extremely overwhelmed by the excellent service that I received at this establishment I was concerned about my girlfriend taking a trip and I wanted her to enjoy her trip without worrying about her vehicle I took her to Valvoline. We didn't know what to expect because we have not been here before this was our first time here .... So I Explain the situation to are service attendant his name is Jeremiah that we wanted a full inspection & tire rotation. check all the fluids and to put air in the tires.also that the oil matches with our particular vehicle .Jeremiah is an excellent mechanic!!! He spoke to my girlfriend with courtesy & respect answered all her questions & checked everything very diligently was polite & professional he actually did above & beyond our service needs we left

My visit to Valvoline was okay, but I didn’t feel like the service advisor was listening/taking me serious. I asked him not to touch my wipers since they were brand new, but I still saw him swipe a finger across one of the blades which left an oil streak on my windshield. It was frustrating to have to clean that off when I got home. There was also more upselling than I was comfortable with, and it really felt like they didn’t want to take no for an answer. I just wanted a quick oil change without the extra (and overpriced) pressure. I’m giving a 3 because of the customer service and lack of attention to what I asked. It would have been a 4 otherwise.

Great customer service. Larry and Orlando helped me find the best deal for my needed car repairs. I personally don't like other people touching my car but the both of them made me feel very comfortable with their expert knowledge and care for my needs. Highly recommend for routine oil change as well as repairs if you're an expert or inexperienced with cars. Thank you gentleman!

The employees at this location were very, very professional and knowledgeable. I would like to shine a light on two of them... Larry and Destiny. Both are great and provide a great service. ** ONLY GOOD FOR OIL CHANGE AND PLEASE AVOID OTHER UPSELLING ** Went for a quick oil change and they accommodated me just 10 mins before closing. I was assisted by ‘Destiny’ and she was good at her job. Did the quick oil change. Really appreciate their work on this. They also asked if I would like to change backlight bulb which is out. After verifying, I accepted the sale. First they said that bulb change is not enough as probably wiring is faulty, later they realized that they are installing the wrong bulb. Finally confirmed that everything looks good. Once I came back home, I see that bulb is still out and I just wasted the money there. Not a quality job on light replacement.
