Valvoline Instant Oil Change

First time at this location - can say with confidence that I am now a customer for life! I received a very warm & friendly welcome from Decelion. He made me feel instantly welcome - confirming my decision to try this Valvoline location. He worked efficiently and quickly I had total confidence in his work. Kevin was so friendly, knowledgeable, and budget conscious. He discussed my car with me in a respectful manner (did not mansplain anything - really appreciated that). I highly recommend visiting the crew at this Valvoline!! Thanks very much guys for the great service and care to my vehicle!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Valvoline! The manager, assistant manager, and the entire team were absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I pulled in, they were professional, caring, and genuinely attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and went above and beyond to provide the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s rare to find a team that works so well together while still making each customer feel valued. I truly appreciate their honesty, efficiency, and positive attitudes. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to everyone I know!

Michael is always amazing help, friendly greeting, interaction, and memory. Samuel takes the oil change role a bit too seriously - would benefit from picking up some light hearted humor that his employees exhibit. Never had an issue with service though.

Excellent service! Went to get my battery replaced as it was under warranty, Michael got us in, let us know the process and handled our battery change quickly. We really appreciated him taking the extra steps to make sure our settings were saved as we had them. They were very busy, but he was so kind and did not hesitate to answer any questions and make sure we felt good about the exchange. Edmond was also very helpful, assured that our new battery was in healthy condition and he had a very positive attitude. Highly recommend this place!
