Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I like the convenience of going here for oil changes and it helps us stay on top of our oil changes timely. Faster then leaving the car at a shop and being without it when no other work is needed. The staff are nice, not pushy on upsells. Typically 15-45 mins from wait time to completion depending on if there is a line of cars waiting, but its usually on the shorter end. I appreciate the service and plan to continue using it for our vehicles.

I went to the get my oil change service today. They provided great customer service. The lady checking my car in explained all the work that was recommended. The worker underneath my car explained how it's taking a little extra time to get the oil plug out. It was a good experience all around. I want to add that Keith, the manager, made the experience a lot more pleasant. He took the time to explain what was going on with my car and pointed me in the right direction of how to get fixed, the previous shop. He saved me a lot of time and potentially money

Instant Oil Change for sure. When I got there all bays were full but cleared out quickly, got my car in and serviced. Didn’t feel pressured and all of the staff were extremely nice, funny and helpful! I’ll definitely be back when I return to PA :)

The staff at my local Valvoline shop are incredibly kind and thoughtful. I have been visiting this shop for years and wanted to take the time to express my appreciation for the staff. They are knowledgeable and offer great service. If I have questions, they have the answers and do an amazing job getting me in and out in a timely manner.

This was my second visit to VIOC Doylestown. There was no wait either time. I drove right in and was serviced immediately. The technicians were very professional and thorough. They serviced my car and made recommendations on additional things I might consider having done. I accepted their recommendations but never felt any pressure to do so. It was quick. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I will continue to frequent this location.
