I had a great experience getting my oil change, on impromptu notice, and it was done so quickly, without any hiccups and it was such a smooth and transparent experience. I would highly recommend Vavoline instant oil change. Today I visited this Valvoline for an inspection. Being fairly new to the state of North Carolina this was my first one. I came here from Indiana and had never had an inspection done anywhere before. Dakira promptly greeted me at my car and told me exactly what to do and what was involved. She guided me to the waiting area and then went to work on my car. She was extremely friendly and efficient. Once inside, I was greeted by Eddie the manager. Another cheerful, energetic person who made me feel very welcome. The employees at this facility are top notch. I appreciate that as a new resident of New Bern, North Carolina and I certainly will be returning to this facility. A+ Thank you again Dakira and Eddie.

So the pulled the cover off the engine and without lining the pegs back up just started hammering on it like it was magically going to line up. Was not even required to be removed. Called ahead to get the price and the AI gave me one number. It was literally 50% more when I got there. Back experience all the way around.

To say I will never recommend this store or return to this facility is a huge understatement, especially if you own a Volvo or nice European car!! Don’t worry I’ll be going to corporate next because wrong people is all I will say! Went in for what was supposed to be a simple oil change.. only to end up at my dealership with 160$ worth of repairs needed due to lack of responsibility and lack of knowledge at the Valvoline Oil Change. When I was shown the proof and sent a video for evidence from my Volvo dealership it was determined valvoline failed to re attach my skid plate screws along with the crush washer on the drain plug, which then led to oil spewing out into my car and places it was not supposed to be. Service tech inserted the oil filter incorrectly and when engine was running oil blew out all over the engine and undercarriage. Some parts were damaged and had to be replaced. Two hours later they finished repairs and replacements and sent me on my way. Later that day received message from store that they had left off my engine cowling. I had to return to the store two day later to get the cowling put back on. I specifically asked them if they had cleaned all the oil off the undercarriage as to not stain my driveway and was told yes, they wiped it all down. In addition to all this I now have a huge oil spot on my drive because they did not clean the undercarriage of the blowout oil and it dripped all over my concrete. So much for a "twenty minute" oil change. I think Valvoline should cle
