Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I'm late in writing this review but I promised the manager and staff I would. Although I feel like they took all my money. It was for a good cause and got me right on track for the harsh weather conditions we've had the last 5-6 weeks. I appreciates the managers assistance. The mechanics patience with me. It makes my life much easier with a busy schedule to know Valvoline of EB will provide, quick, honest, and reliable services

I had the best customer experience ever at Valvoline in East Brunswick NJ for my oil change, all thanks to Sarah T.! From the moment I drove in, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond, but Sarah did exactly that. The service was quick, efficient, and I left feeling confident that my car was in great hands. Valvoline is lucky to have her on their team!

Great experience with managers Sarah and Amani! Very knowledgeable and great to come in as a woman and see other women here! It makes you feel really comfortable, especially with minimal car knowledge.

I usually love coming here for oil changes, but I’ve had a recurring problem that’s been very frustrating. For the last THREE visits, I’ve woken up the next day to a flat tire. I believe the issue is that the tire caps aren’t being secured properly after they check the air, which causes the air to leak out. This was a major inconvenience today as it made me 40 minutes late for work. I hope the staff can take this seriously and fix it so it doesn’t keep happening :/

During this visit, I received an oil change, new battery, and automatic transmission fluid all within like 40 minutes. I was on a work break so time efficiency was very important to me. As I was leaving work, I noticed my car was not turning on. I immediately called Valvoline (East Brunswick) out of panic because I knew I received a new battery. Despite the initial phone tag, the mechanic (Mike) was super helpful because he drove to my job, which was down the street, to figure out the issue. Thankfully, it was an easy fix! The mechanic called about 30 minutes later to ensure that the car was functioning. I am very thankful for this service.
