Came by for an oil change on my work van after coming from the laundromat and spending three hours at the gym. Another day in the life of a boss, just getting things done.. Valvoline is solid. I take my personal vehicles to the Broadway location in San Antonio and have always had good experiences there. For years This location, however, was a different story.. I brought my work van in for its first oil change. The manager was my point of contact and did a decent job explaining the oil options for the vehicle. No issues there. After we completed the transaction, I showed him a coupon. Since the payment had already gone through, he responded by telling me I “need” to take a nap. What a corny comment. You didn’t know I’m about to start the second half of my day and frankly you don’t know
Had a great experience at this location Saturday. Jose did an outstanding job servicing my truck. Oil change and both air and cabin filters replaced. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Will definitely be back in the future.
I love Valvoline! The oil change is quick and painless. Everyone was very friendly at Osborne. They honored a coupon I had and gave me an additional discount. RJ was very polite and professional. Highly recommended!
