Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I had the pleasure of Beigek, the assistant manager working on my vehicle. He was accompanied by his 2 coworkers, Isaiah and Dylan. I visited the Elk River MN location off Zane st Nw for my first time on Friday February 27th and I arrived at 6:20 approximately. There were 3 vehicles in the garage being serviced, and one vehicle in front of me. This location closes at 7 and I was worried about being late and not being able to get my car serviced as I was in absolute need of a oil change and had put it off long enough. I live in Little falls and was dropping my daughter off to her aunties in elk river for the weekend and didn't feel comfortable driving home without a oil change. Manager Noah was gracious and very proud of his team. Isaiah was helpful and courteous, and answered all of my many questions about various services for my truck, even though I typically just get a drain and fill oil change with a coupon - no one’s favorite type of customer. Though Isaiah is a great salesperson, I never receive any pressure at all to purchase anything other than the oil change. I keep coming back because the service and value is excellent.

Both Noah and Kyle were exceptionally friendly, professional and kind! I don’t think I’ve ever gotten my oil changed and thought “I should leave them a review… this was a great experience” but I felt compelled by their stupendous customer service to do so. Thanks so much for your help today!

I was visiting family & didn't want to drive the 250 miles home without an oil change so went to the nearest Valvoline. My son co-manages a Valvoline store so I'm familiar with the great service I've come to expect. This experience did not let me down! Isaiah was very friendly. We even swapped stories of weird things found in cabin air filters! He was also very helpful & explained a couple other things they could do for my car. He didn't pressure me, which I always appreciate! I opted to go with his suggestions as I knew they were needed. I was in & out of there in no time but didn't feel like anything was rushed. I drove away a satisfied customer, confident in the work that was done.
