Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I had a great experience at this location thanks to Amanda. She was extremely professional, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I could genuinely tell that she cared about her customers and wasn’t trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need only what was necessary. It’s refreshing to meet a technician who puts honesty and customer service first. We definitely need more techs like Amanda. I’ll be coming back because of her great service. Highly recommend!

I like Valvoline for how quick it is and the little bonuses you get, which are getting your fluids topped off and the air in your tire is filled. Before I left I asked if they did the two things mention above. I had to ask twice because I didn’t get a response the first time and when he responded to me, it was with an attitude and he told me he did which was a Bald face lie because my tires needed to get filled and I know I don’t have a leak. If you’re paying top dollar for an oil change, you should get the little perks that are included without having To double check It’s called integrity. If I had to choose between this location and the Somerville location go to Somerville.

Valvoline has been my go to place for well over 20 years. They're always friendly. I had just bought a new air filter and asked them if they could change it for me and immediately changed it. No time wasted.

Came at a busy time and made it through a line super quickly My experience was really made by Amanda. She was so great and made sure I got what I needed without being overcharged:)

The team is so kind and never makes me feel stupid. They’re highly knowledgeable and explain/show what they’re doing and why. They provide a great experience and appear to have a strong team dynamic which is always wonderful to see- especially when you’re in the vehicle while they’re working; it’s like being a well treated guest in their home.
