Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I recently visited the Valvoline for a standard oil change, but the experience was frustrating. Overall, it took about 40 to 45 minutes from start to finish. Once inside, I waited an additional 10 minutes before another car, which arrived after me, was helped first. When I asked about the delay, they said they’d get to it, but it took much longer. I had to leave for an important commitment, so I requested to leave. The staff did eventually open the door, but I hope they improve their process for fairness and efficiency.

Cindy had a very positive attitude with my wife and I.She took a lot of time explaining everything to us and walked us through how the services would get done. I was hesitant with going here because of the bad reputation but she proved me wrong. Anthony was a fast completing the services. I will be going back with my cars.

The staff was extremely friendly and patient. I couldn't believe how thorough they were considering the speed of service. I think I was in and out in less than 20 min. Definitely will return.

Arthur was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. It was clear that he cared about the car and not racking up your bill. Very honest 10 out of 10 recommend not going anywhere else.

Bit miffed walking out of here today. Dropped in for an oil change and tire rotation. I've always had great experience with previous Valvoline oil changes. Asked for a full synthetic oil change, but on closing out today noticed the price was higher than usual. Asked about it and was told that my Toyota requires an oil that's "a step above" full synthetic which I've never heard before, and I had to pay on top of the oil change Groupon, which covers a full synthetic oil change, to cover the change. Compared the stickers and noticed a different oil code from the previous one from the last Valvoline service; might've been a mistake, it feels like we got pretty well upcharged. Wouldn't visit again.
