Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I wish I could give them zero, they told everyone that came thru the truck wasn’t there and didn’t have any conventional oil and we could upgrade for a higher price. I will never go back there. When you ask to speak to a manager they’ll tell you it them, when it’s not true. They never open on time always an hour late to open. The store on Howdershell in Florissant needs to restructure from Management on down.

I visited Valvoline on Monday December 7, 2025. It was the quickest and coldest visit I’ve ever had. Staff was unwelcoming and rude as 1 staff member mocked me when I let them know “I’m just here for an oil change”. Never once did 1 of the 3 staff members I saw present go underneath my vehicle to replace the filter. I never heard a drill of any kind or the usual commotion underneath my vehicle like all of my past visits over the last 3 years. I only witnessed the individual working on my vehicle vacuum out the old oil, fill it with new oil, fill my washer fluid and put air in my passenger side tires only. They never checked my wipers, head lights, break lights or signals. The guy who opened my door to scan my vehicle, pulled the air filter and said “This yo air filter. Do you want another

had my air filter on sideways and when it wouldn’t fit they just forced the clips on happy i checked it customer service was good and got a 50% off coupon but won’t be going back

Came for oil change and the experience was chaotic. Nobody seemed to be using their checklist or communicating with each other well. One tech was so rude to me, I don't even know what to say. He berated me like I was a child, and I guarantee it was only because I'm a woman as I highly doubt he'd speak to a man his size like that. As he was asking me questions I explained to him I couldn't hear him because the bay was loud, and he kept asking me if they had done each part of the service. I told him I wasn't sure because I can't see what they do from all sides. Overall terrible experience and I will not be back if I see that man working next time. Only giving 2 stars because there was a young man that WAS kind who made me not hate that place, so kudos to him.

Chaz was amazing great customer service kept me laughing and having a good time definitely coming back hopefully I can catch her all the time
