Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Careless, dismissive, and unprofessional. I got an oil change here on October 6th, and a couple of weeks later my engine light came on because they installed the gasket incorrectly, causing an oil leak. I had no idea until my car started losing power. When I went back, they admitted it was their mistake but refused to take real responsibility or refund me. I sat there between 2:30 and 5:00 p.m. while employees walked around my car, talking to each other but never giving me updates or acknowledging me directly. I had to track down the manager myself just to get answers. Instead of owning up to their negligence, they tried to charge me again. This location is careless, dismissive, and clearly avoids accountability. They would rather gaslight their customers than make the moment right. Photo

All the staff was so nice, from the manager to the guy who made me pay and whoever was down there doing the oil change ahah. They see to love their job and was all very great at what they do! Thanks for the great work and for taking the time to listen to my many questions!

This is a very dangerous place to have your car serviced. They did not put back the skid plate correctly, one bolt was missing, one was not tight and the damaged 2 more. If the skid plate became loose at high speed it could be a disaster. Worst place ever

The guy who took care of me seem to have tried to scam me. He tested the battery told it was poor I told him is basically new he tested again so I can take a picture of the tester saying that’s is poor and show it to advance auto parts were I bought it I did take the picture and the young man says again let me test one more time (a third time) then the test was accurate and the battery is in perfect conditions. I’ve been using Valvoline oil change for years and this was a bad experience and if something similar happens again I’ll start going to jiffy lube thanks

My experience with those guys was very bad 2 times. They have a lier schema where, at the end of an oil change, they claim the oil filter cap is too tight and they can't unscrew it for fear of breaking it. So, they don't change the filters at all. This happened two years ago when I went to them, and the same lie they said now. But the fact is, other service centers can easily unscrew it without any problems. But the $100 fuel system cleaning service really got me. They don't do anything that's supposed to clean the fuel system, they just pour $5 cleanser into your fuel tank. This is the ultimate in arrogance and customer deception.
