I had such a great experience getting an oil change here! Justin, Nate, and Kevin got my car fixed up, and Justin was especially helpful in informing me of everything my car needs. My husband contacted Valvoline to inquire about a coupon for our next oil change. You guys sent him one for $15 off a standard and $25 off a Full Synthetic. We got the full synthetic oil change today 2-11-26. But after reviewing the receipt we noticed we didn't receive the $25 off. He asked one of the guys to check on it so he went into the office a few minutes later came out and said that the system couldn't find/accept that coupon so they just automatically gave up the military 15% off that only totaled $16.95. We asked if there was anyway we could get a credit back to our card for the difference and he said he needed to go back into the office. Justin gave us fantastic service. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure we knew everything they were doing with our vehicle as they were doing it. He answered our concerns and ensured we were comfortable before leaving. He was a fantastic person to deal with and we were very very impressed with all he did!

Super fast service, they have you pull in, you don’t have to get out of your car. They top off your fluids, and walk you through their services. Thank you Justin for your efficiency and overall customer care, awesome job!!
